My name is Irina Vasilenko, I have 12 years of experience in product management with products from startup to enterprise.

In the last 5 years, my focus has shifted to strategic product consulting.

I’ve helped many companies - from Fortune 500 to agile startups with product discovery, product strategies, and Go-to-market, driving product growth and building effective product governance. This journey has equipped me with a good toolbox of techniques and frameworks.

Alongside, I’ve dedicated myself to my passion for teaching product management, mentoring a new generation of product managers, and guiding startups to find their footing.
